Ken Dolsky, Director of Professional Services at InfoTech, has more than 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of disciplines in the telecommunications industry. These include new product and market development, program and customer contract management, customer care and customer satisfaction measurement. At InfoTech, Ken manages several programs including InfoTracks for Converged Applications (including Contact Center), TelecomTactics and ROI tools. During his eight years at InfoTech Ken has also led numerous custom client research projects helping clients develop/refine market strategies, analyze/improve product and service offers, distribution channels, customer care, analyze competitive capabilities and launch new business ventures.
Prior to joining InfoTech, Ken held a number of management positions with AT&T. Most recently, he was the Manager of Customer Care Operations for AT&T’s Consumer and Business Internet Protocol based services. Ken also directed the development and quantitative analysis of metrics used to measure customer care processes and customer satisfaction.
Ken has also led an organization of program managers to ensure the satisfaction of AT&T’s largest customers with its top line customized service packages. He has the distinction of project managing development of the largest telecommunications network for interactive promotions in the world for one of AT&T’s largest customers. His marketing background includes developing new channels of distribution for network services by forming joint marketing partnerships with vendors of applications focused systems such as telemarketing and teleconferencing systems. Earlier in his AT&T career, Ken was responsible for developing customer requirements across all industries for AT&T’s next generation of premises systems. Prior to joining AT&T, Ken spent several years as a programmer and developer of system requirements for point of sale systems.
Ken has a B.S. from Rutgers College in Physics and a Masters in Management Science from Steven’s Institute of Technology in Operations Research.
