Wu Zhou

Biography


Wu Zhou is Senior Research Analyst of IDC's Network Life-Cycle Services team, responsible for IDC's worldwide research and analysis on enterprise and service provider network support, consulting and integration services, and managed services. IDC is the premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets. IDC helps IT professionals, business executives, and the investment community make fact-based decisions on technology purchases and business strategy.


Prior to covering network life-cycle services, Wu developed IDC's Converged Communications Services program and managed IDC's U.S. Consumer Communications Qview. Wu is a widely quoted analyst for her insights and expertise regarding the impact of competition and convergence on enterprise and service provider networks. Prior to IDC, Wu was a strategy analyst with the Telecom and Media Management Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Wu analyzed market trends and recommended competitive strategies to executives of telecom and media clients.
